About Throughline

Throughline Interiors is a residential and hospitality interior design practice based in Woodstock, Vermont. I create spaces that evoke a deep sense of comfort and stand the test of time.

Home is three-dimensional art, the kind we don’t just admire but live within. It’s the setting for life’s ordinary mornings and most special moments for years to come. A canvas this important is worth getting right.

That’s why every home I design has a throughline: a thread that connects each room to the next, informed by its natural surroundings and history. The result is a space that feels cohesive, intentional, and entirely your own.

Homeowners
For homeowners reimagining a primary residence into a space that feels unmistakably yours, or shaping a second home into a true retreat

Real Estate Investors
For investors seeking thoughtful design that elevates a property, delights guests, and strengthens long-term value

Hospitality
For inns, boutique stays, and restaurants that want each guest to feel at home from the moment they arrive

Designing for You

About Your Designer,
Dineen Peters

Dineen Peters

I am the founder and principal designer of Throughline Interiors. A lifelong New Englander, I trace my longstanding passion for design back to middle school, when I was already swapping cabinet hardware in family members’ homes.

Before founding Throughline, I built a career in corporate social impact and philanthropy. My husband and I have fully reimagined five properties together, and I have led the design on each. My experience navigating transformative renovations, real budgets, and the beautiful complexity of family life against the backdrop of construction, informs the care and practicality I bring to every client engagement.

I have the ability to envision what a space could become, the attention to detail and organizational skills to bring that vision to life, and a temperament that ensures you feel safely held through the process.

I am a graduate of Milton Academy and Boston College. I live in Woodstock, VT with my family, where the landscape of Vermont and character of New England continue to inspire everything I design.

  • "The barn is a cross between a 5-star hotel and heaven… Not only is it beautifully designed and furnished, but it comes with so many extra personal touches that we felt like VIPs of the highest level."

  • "The furnishings were truly high-end while still perfectly capturing the charm and character of Vermont... Such a cozy, comfortable, and inviting space."
